Interested in becoming a member of the History of Science, Technology, & Medicine (HSTM) Network of Ireland?
Our Network aims to raise the profile of the history of science, technology and medicine on the island of Ireland and to link Irish researchers to the international community of scholars.
Current activities include an annual conference; promoting awareness of archival sources for HSTM on the island; advocating HSTM as a subject at all levels of education; and supporting and developing public events with an HSTM element.
At the moment we are looking to update and build our Network Biographies page and appealing to practitioners of HSTM either in Ireland or with research connections to HSTM in Ireland to get involved and help build our community of researchers
Recent conference attendees will have received an email with a membership form attached. If anyone else is interested in joining us please contact HSTMNetworkIreland@gmail.com and a form will be emailed.
The Network is run on an informal basis and there are no membership fees.
We look forward to welcoming more new members in 2018/2019!
